sheFIT is not CrossFit, but uses the most effective movements and exercises to focus on fat burning, weight loss, and upperbody strength development. sheFIT delivers better results than any other womens' boot camp program! The sheFIT staff is comprised of positive and knowledgeable ladies who are eager to help you achieve all your fitness goals.
